Or maybe it's a mistake since she indicates that the one in her hand is hers.

By the way, only the first screenshot is new. The second one has already appeared before.

and what's the tatoo on serah's arm? doesn't look like a l'cie brand or anything of the sort... on the other hand serah was a cocoon l'cie no?

No that isn't the L'Cie brand. She must have made a tattoo instead of her L'Cie brand.



Serah was a Pulse L'Cie because she was branded by Anima (who is a Pulse Fal'Cie).

and that head on the bottom left.. is it just me or is it similar to a certain fal'cie's secondary heads (end of chapter 9,11,13) ?

Sorry, I've been away for a couple pf days. Apparently all playable characters in the original Final Fantasy XIII will re-appear in the sequel (even Vanille has been confirmed to appear in Final Fantasy XIII-2). I doubt Hope will be playable though, this story features Noel and Serah as the primary characters.

Regarding the fal'cie, it doesn't look like Eden
